Are you curious, confused or actually already on the journey through menopause? Let’s continue our journey together in this second of our series of Menopause support and information workshops. This time we are taking a more informal route - Angela has all the information plus so many tips and experiences that we will be drawing on that knowledge and learning and sharing with her and other like minded ladies. As we experienced on our first workshop we are all in this together and not only is this a great opportunity to learn more but it’s also a place to make new friends who can support each other. So even if you attended our first workshop this is has developed and grown from that and will be more of a chatty (if thats possible lol) and group workshop. We look forward to seeing you all again but we also look forward to meeting lots of new ladies too.

Anxiety and stress can lead to insomnia, depression and problems with weight management, and night sweats are one of the most common symptoms of menopause and can lead to a disrupted sleep pattern and low mood and brain fog.

This chat with Angela will provide you with some easy coping measures and advice on how to transition through perimenopause or menopause stage of life & work with those symptoms. We will discuss & practise things such as breast & gut health/massage, self relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visual imagery and muscle relaxation.
